Merge #169
169: Optimize roaring codec r=Kerollmops a=MarinPostma Optimize the `BoRoaringBitmapCodec` by preventing it from emiting useless error that caused allocation. On my flamegraph, the byte_decode function went from 4.13% to 1.70% (of transplant graph).
