查询实时天气，支持绑定城市，支持中英文城市名，支持多个关键词查询。

统计信息 命令

功能: 用于统计Bot接收到的消息, 统计周期为period, 统计时间范围为duration

参数格式
duration使用通用日期简写: 1d(天), 1h(小时), 45m(分钟), 14s(秒)
period使用通用日期简写: 1d(天), 1h(小时), 45m(分钟), 14s(秒)
